JVK takes the security of our client’s data very seriously and have strict protocols in place to ensure it’s safety.

 

All documentation is logged when collected from the client and are transported in sealed archive cartons, which are kept in our secure facility until ready for digitisation.
All digitisation takes place in a secure, sterile room.  All computers are physically locked in place and cannot be removed from room. The room is always locked when not in use and has 24 Hr CCTV operating. All copying permissions are locked on the computers being used except for the shift manager’s computer from which the final delivery copy is made for the client. There are no printers connected to any of the computers.  None of the computers used in the digitisation process have internet connections and so cannot be infected by viruses. Upon completion of a digitisation process all the data on the hard drives is deleted.
